Search for Job Begins

 Monday 4/2/12 is the first day of lay off.  Saturday was my last scheduled day at Affinitas.  I am going to use Get A Job Tools to help decide on type of job I want and how to get the job.»

Health Screenings

 Had check up on March 2, 2012. I have next check up scheduled for  June 1,2012. get check ups every 3 months for diabetes and every 6 months for heart and every year for women's wellness.»

Small frequent meals

 Eating small freguent meals is hard for me. I eat sometime between 7a -830a. I work from 9a - 3p with a 15-minute break sometime between 9:45a - 10:15a. I do not get another break until time to go home. Supper is between 6p-6:30p.  Bed is 10:30P.»

cravings

 If anything is mentioned about snacking or cravings I immediately grab a snack. I think I would do better on a weight loss program that only talked about the things you can eat and never mention anything we should limit or no eat at all.»
