Eating small freguent meals is hard for me. I eat sometime between 7a -830a. I work from 9a - 3p with a 15-minute break sometime between 9:45a - 10:15a. I do not get another break until time to go home. Supper is between 6p-6:30p. Bed is 10:30P.
