says: I copy and paste to a Word Document that I can review on my laptop.
says: I have been struggling with that same thing. I can't print them because I don't have a printer. So here's what I'm going to try... maybe it will help you. I'm going to buy index cards and then each day I'll write the newest checklist items down on a new card. Then I'll keep the cards in appropriate place for the activity. Such as the ones that I do in the morning "I'm having a great day." "Hello Inner voice." etc. will be kept in the bathroom so I can review them as I am getting ready for my day. The drinking water card will be kept in the kitchen next to the sink so I see it as a reminder all throughout the day. I don't know if that will work but it's what I'm going to try it. Up until now I've copy and pasted it to a blank simple text file on my computer and left it open all day. Then everytime I see it I read through it to make sure I got everything. Sometimes I'll even delete or strike through the ones I've completed. I hope that one of these helps you.
