over the edge

Today i went totally over the edge in regards to my attitude and food. I was in a bummed out state of ind and took that out in food.

I didn't eat anything til 8:30ish and then I had a bag of hcips, payday and a soda. then for lunch I had a hotdog, fries and another soda. I didn't eat anytihng else all day and it's now 7:34 pm.

My attitude and food consumption base don attitude needs to change.

Can so relate!

Hi, Cadamsgis,  Boy, do I know where you are coming from but oddly enough....and I keep looking over my shoulder to try and find my food compulsion but it has disappeared for the past week.  No, I am not depressed.  Yes, I started a really good recommended multivitamin. Yes, I've been consistently making small good choices...a piece of fruit here, an extra glass of water there, actual time to sleep...oh, and following my muse of writing consistently...oh, and facing some hard truths about what I can control and letting go of what I can't.  Anyways, I can't believe that the freedom of wanting that next chocolate bar has left me alone....it feels bloody fantastic and magical...it is possible!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, we can!

What a great encouragement your comment was!!

Cadamsgis:

Many, many people fight this battle of wills- and many, many of us fail miserably!  Been there too many times myself.  That is why I am encourgaed by this program.  I have come to realize that it has been my "stinkin' thinkin' " that has been holding me back.  We need to reprogram our minds, take one day at a time- even if all we can do is babysteps- we NEED to believe in ourselves- YOU need to believe in yourself and We all need to take "I can't" out of our vocabulary and say "YES, I can!"
