CHallenges? I don't get them. Nudges? does this stuff help anyone? am I just retarded? This "BLOG" seems like total nonsense. I guess I'll just keep trying to figure it out, but if someone sees where they can help me make sense of this stuff, please give me a shout, ok?

The challenges are nonsense, because you arent thinkg about them totally... They are designed to make you think about things you want to change.  Sometime you dont realize things you want to change until you answer the question asked..

Well the first question is do you want to change? Do you know what you want to change? I learned that what you think is going to change you wont. This program does work. but it isn't magic, You need to do this stuff all the time. If you do you will see it work. I have slipped and now I'm back and I've started all over again.So if you really do want to change things in you then stick to it! I'll admit some of it seem really stupid but do it anyways!!!!!
