It really is my decision

 So beginning around day 5 or 6, I really began to believe that I am in control and solely responsible for my actions.   Although it has been challenging to live that reality every moment, it is liberating.  I am glad that coach Steele mentioned the notion of now going back and being hard on yourself for decisions in the past.  Must move forward!
