A little help.....

Well, I think I am to the point where I need a little help now. I find myself very unhappy these last few weeks.....very frustrated and unfocussed. I can't motivate myself to do anything really. I really do want results and want to change, but I just can't seem to do it lately at all. I am having such a hard time.......

Keep going

You're not alone You're not alone

Push through this time, OK?  It really is worth it.  We can do anything we set our minds to do.  That is what I always tell myself when I am ready to quit.  Sometimes we just go through a little down time and then we are back up again.  I would like to encourage you to at least finish tools.  Push through the bump in the road.

Me too!

I have been feeling almost exactly the same way as you describe! I agree its probably a bump and if spring would hurry up and arrive here in Canada I think everyone would feel better!

Its going around :)

Seems like a lot of people are feeling this way. If nothing else just keep doing tools and you'll get through it. Also look for small victories. Just try accomplishing 1 thing today, 1 thing tomorrow and you'll start feeling better and wanting to accomplish more. I know that feeling of wanting to do so many things but its like a force just keeping you from actually doing any of it. Baby steps :)
