Not as easy some times

Im still trying to get the waking up down. im encouraged but my job and things keep me from having a regular sleep pattern. This is the biggest issue for me... it will take a lil more time but i know this is one the main reason for making me not have a good day or have the day go the way i want it to.. and when i do get tiem for sleep i over sleep like this morning .. but buy comeing here and doing tools to life im not getting discouraged any more about how my days go cause they are all still very good days even if they dont go the way i want them to..
