Sleep

When I heard about setting the alarm for the same time every morning, it made sense to me.  I had been sleeping very badly and knew that this was going to help--if I could get through the days of feeling sleepy because of getting through this transition.

Anyway, I'm on the other side of that.  I'm glad I "toughed" it out and didn't take naps.  I'm now sleeping eight hours a night.  I am currently slowly backing up my waking time an hour, which will accommodate even the earliest of mornings for me.  Also, I am planning to do some of my work in the early morning before my husband gets up.

The ideas Tools has given me have helped me to think more creatively about my own circumstances and to come up with new solutions.
