I joined TOOLS because:
 I need to find some way beside beating myself up psychologically to make the changes I need to make in my life.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 I have my dream job. I teach people who are going to be teachers at a small college. I would like to be able to do my job better.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Cats (although I do like dogs--mutts--also)
Why:
 I really like how cats are independent and when they come up to you, you know it's because they truly want to. I like how they play and I love to hear a cat purr. That is a peaceful sound to me.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 Cheesecake
Why:
 I like the texture and the flavor. It also reminds me of a dear friend of mine.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
 J.S. Bach, the Apostle Paul, Harriet Tubman, Gertrude Stein, Levi Coffin
Why:
 J.S. Bach--I want to know about how he composed and I want to know about his relationship with God and that effect on his music. Paul--I want to hear about the difference Jesus made in his life--I would like to hear him tell the story of the road to Damascus in person. Harriet Tubman--I know that she had extraordinary faith in God and I have read her story as it was recorded by others but would like to hear how she tells it. Gertrude Stein--I have my theories about Gertrude Stein in terms of her independence, and I would like to see if I am right. Levi Coffin was the reputed "President" of the Underground Railroad. I have read his autobiography, but I would like to talk with him in person about his experiences.

 Get rid of the drug houses.
A sunset I remember:
 When I used to commute to the east in the morning and west in the evening, I saw a lot of sunrises and sunsets. My favorites were the ones in the winter when the red sun was behind the black bare trees.
