Finished Week One

Well I am done with week one.  The great part about this program is that it actually seems to get easier as I go.  Yeah, there is more stuff on the checklist everyday, but my life is so much easier, and I am so much happier with myself that It makes tools easier.  I am really looking forward to week two and to posting another milestone.  I should add here that I was very skeptical before starting this, but not anymore.

you're right it does get easier, may I suggest pritning your checklist if you can, and printing your work and exercises sometimes to read again later, if there is something here that really resonates with you.

I reached day 40 and started again because there was a lot I had skipped over. There are no short cuts here, I've learned that. Take your time and enjuoy - keep reaching out to the tools community as you have, we're very glad to have you here and only too happy to support you.

warm wishes to you Laughing
