Learning to Laugh

Today I realized that I am finding it easier to laugh at things that used to make me angry. Someone said something that made me angry for all of 3 seconds and then I proceded to laugh heartily because the comment was just so absurd.  I have even continuted laughing about it all day rather than letting it get to me and wear me down emotionally.

Today is a great day! I hope everyone finds a moment in their day which gives them a good belly laugh!

nice.

That's awesome. It's good to let go of the insignificant irritants you face, I'm in favor.

All day

I find myself laughing a lot more lately and it feels awesome.  laugh at myself a lot to, hope the folks around me don't think I'm crazy when I start laughing for no apperent reason
