Tools To Life

Does anyone else out there feel that it would be beneficial to do this program a second time in order to remind yourself about things you have forgotten?

says: You could always go back and review some past days' lessons! I will definitely need to do this as I get further into the program. Just like in school, we learn the lesson, but when it is time for the test, we review to make sure we remember all of the important stuff. Not a bad idea to do it every week or two just to make sure we are doing the things we should be. I think I may do it this weekend.

says: I intend to complete Tools and then pick another programme like BodyMakeover, If not feeling ready for action it is a good suggestion to do again Tools. I enjoy it so much! As well as meeting great people in the community.

says: This program has been very beneficial to me and I do intend to start over again as soon as I finish. I feel that I am still learning and I really can use the support.

says: yes. it costs only a little bit of your time each day and the rewards are immense.

says: Im sure it can only help to keep you in a positive mind set.Maybe you would pay more attention to certain areas the second time round.all the best
