Computer Challenged
I know all about that topic. My freshman year of college my computer was CONSTANTLY breaking... it sucked. Anywho, you must find a nearby university (and a university student, so you can login) and gain access to their library or other facility-- many of them are 24hr.
I guess I don't know how this all pans out in Canada, but that's what I did in michigan!

The closest University is in Toronto. 3 hours away. I would do the drive but I had no Jeep as my hubby needed it to get to London to be with our daughter in the hospital. (she's out now and lent me her laptop...woohoo) Closest college is Owen Sound but I couldn't find a ride. We don't have a bus option. Google meaford....its a sad little town....lol
