It take two to make things work.  If she is willing, but you are not, then it won't happen.  However, if she says she is willing, and some part of you thinks you are willing as well, then you own it to each other to at least try to work it out.  However if she is just lying and buying time then I think you need to get out fast.

You should also definitely look into getting a lawyer that specializes in father's rights.  It sounds like your daughter is more important to you than anything, so spending that extra money on a father's rights lawyer up front will pay off for the next 15 years.

I dont know what to think she has lied and decieved me for the last 5 years and that is why i feel like she is just buying time

I guess if she realy was trying i would feel something

I do need to look into a fathers right lawyer

i guess i can just find one in the phone book.
