Hello to everyone like me who wants to change their lives.  I am tottering on the brink of sixty and want to live the last third of my life as fully and completely as I possibly can.  I live in Southern California and plan on retiring in Washington state.  I love the ocean so I hope to find a place where I can walk on the beach every morning for the rest of my life.  I am a believer in the Younger Next Year philosophy and am an avid exerciser.  I just discovered spinning and cannot get enough of spin classes.  I'm glad to find a group of people who are as committed as I am to successfully completing this journey.
