BOOST TO BOOSTYou would probably find eating 5 or 6 mini meals a day beneficial. Obviously high protein and low carb will be a bit healthier but too much protein will make your blood acidic and leech calcium out of your bones. The best "diet" i was ever able to adopt in my busy lifestyle was to drink a TON of skim milk, like probably 3 quarts a day. Sometimes i would add chocolate protein powder or a splash of coffee. Granola is always good, like lean chicken or turkey (maybe made into a salad with lowfat mayo dried fruits and nuts). Definately avoid fast food!!!
Its cool so see so many ellis fans on here trying hard to work things out in their lives!!

BOOST TO BOOSTRed Dragons !! Hope your doin good, I'm down to a half a smoke a day and I cant stop eating...What can I eat alot of through out the day thats healthy and wont make me gain weight, I'm a painter in a body shop so I burn food off quick.. Thanks chef..
