I think I'm starting to like myself

The never ending battle...how to like yourself.  How to love yourself.  How to adore yourself.  Bob Proctor in the Secret kisses his hand and proclaims how much he loves himself.  Watching that gives me warmth.  I crave that feeling of adoring myself and I'm getting closer and closer.

The  biggest gift for me in this process is understanding my brain and that I am in control of my brain and my thoughts and my emotions.  I have really latched on to the recordings.  In every recording I stress that I love myself.  I adore myself.,  I am powerful.  I am strong.  I am invincible.  I am priceless.  I'm saying it over and over and over again.  I might be starting to believe it.

My biggest success so far (and there are many more to come) is that I have stood up for myself.  I've never done that before.  It is empowering.  Coach Steele, this site, all of you, AND ME gave me that gift.

I am proud of myself.  I love myself.  I deserve to stand up for myself.

I love and appreciate you all.

 Namaste.

Angela
