one day in three

as i progress through tools, i've been taking longer to finish a single TOOLS Day. i'm taking more time for the concepts to sink in and notice how i reflect back on a single concept for days at a time.

also, some of the seemingly small changes that i've been making are creating such a big change that i want to work them a bit more before adding any more tools to my box.

my favorite is changing the way i think about things. "i hate this hike out" changes to "i love this hike out" and i say it out and then get to explain the process to whomever i'm climbing with. i just love this one. how can i rush on and find another tool that will push this one into the background? not really, but i suppose that's a bit of my thinking.

no need to rush

The changes that Tools is giving you are the foundation for the success of any adventure you choose to take in life. You may take several days to "get it", others may go faster and want to start again.

You're doing the important work...and your companions can feel the changes too_!!
