Daily Analysis
I liked your idea(day analysis
) , it's very nice writing daily, I think this will make you aware of each day so that you will try to make it as good as you can to write about it in a good way each day.

The temptation to snooze
I know what it's like - I am on day 8 and still struggling to wake up in the morning - an early to bed early to rise policy is definitely the answer. I am becoming like a Pavlov monkey though, I am starting to clap as I wake up, that definitely wakes me up and prevents me from going anywhere near that button. Am also placing the alarm on the landing outside the bedroom door, so I have to get up to switch it off - clapping all the way.
