Day 22

 Boy did today topic of 'The big bump' ring a bell. The little voice has been active the last few days, Let have a few beers, let sleep in,  lets stop by the burger joint, on and on. I have falled down a time or two, but I now am fighting back with a much bigger positive voice. Its a rewarding jurney we are on and I look forward to it every day!
