Music:
I enjoy alomst all live music. Types of music I really like are a mixture of rock, country, creole and blues.
Books:
I usually listen books on cd from the Great Literature section of the library. Favorite authors include Barbara Kingsolver, Wally Lamb, Bill Bryson. Love to read Scientific American, Discover, and Psychology Today magazines.
Favorite Places:
I've been to many places in the states, love my country! I also love the tropics. I've been to Mexico, Jamaca, Aruba, Hawaii and Singapore. I've been to Japan and to Europe, Paris really is beautiful in the springtime, I've visited Amsterdam and Germany. My all time favorite place is Port Douglas Australia where I hope to move within the next 8 years.
I Want To See:
I'd like to go to Yellowstone, Yosemite, and see the Grand Canyon. I'd also like to visit Denali Park in Alaska, Costa Rica, Italy, Greece, China and Africa.

Recently, I became a big fan of swimming. When I saw that a 41 year old woman qualified for the olympic swim team for the 5th time, I was inspired. I enjoy weight training, outdoor bike riding, long hikes, visiting the art institute and all of the museums and zoos. I love live music, any type of outdoor festival, traveling, especially to other countries with different cultures and beliefs. I enjoy going to the movies but don't like violent films. I love to draw and read. I do a lot of crocheting, especially now that I am going to be a grandma.I also like making crafts that I can give as gifts. I am currently making sequined book bags for my lady friends. I love taking night courses, especially when they aren't mandatory. I am really into science. I would have like to have met all the greats like Einstein, Plank, Maxwell, Faraday, and Newton, but I especially would've like to have met and befriended Richard Feynman. He was so brilliant and funny. He could also play the bongos which is so cool!
Sports:
I watch sports with my husband occassionally but I enjoy going to a game more when I know the players. One of my daughters dated a professonal hockey player once and we went to all of his games, it was great fun.
Movies:
Moonstruck, Dances with Wolves, Princess Bride, Bird Cage, Monsters Inc., Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Shrek, Narnia.
TV:
I watch the Discover Chanel, Science Channel, History Channel, Comedy Channel, I love all documentaries on nature human psychology, history and science. Love to watch Biographies.
