METHOD:  Improved fitness/weight loss

ACTION:   early morning jog

CONSISTENCY OF PURPOSE:  5Xs/week

 

THE MORE I TAKE CARE OF MYSELF, THE MORE I LOVE MYSELF (AND THE MORE I WILL LOVE MYSELF)
