Catching myself

 

I am catching myself in my attitude towards people who cut in front of me. That is a big achievement for me. That is probably one of my biggest problems. I get mad at other drivers. I don't cuss at them or give them the fingers, but I do make rude remarks which my son overhears.

 

I want to make a good example for my son. The other day when I said something, I apologized to my son, then I said I chose not to get upset at this person. I found that I wasn't angry after all. The day was great after that.

 

I am learning to be proactive in things instead of reactive. That is a change for me.
