Positive thinking

I am here at tools to life after listening to Devlyn Steele on the Jason Ellis show. I have always been interested in self help type information.

I have to be honest the program seems very simplistic and a bit hokey but I am giving it a shot and keeping an open mind. I just finished day five and I have to say by going and reading the messages each day I have been getting a bit of a positive jolt each day just by thinking about things and keeping those thoughts in a positive light.

I have always dismissed these types of programs in my mind thinking they are gimmicky and remind me of that skit that Al Franken did years ago, Stuart Smalley, he says your good enough, smart enough and dog gone it people like you and the denial ain't just a river in Egypt.

I have been slowly having more positive days over the last week and half that I have been working on tools and it's encouraging me to continue and make positive changes so I am happy so far.

I am even reaching out on this blog although I do have the fear in the back of my head that someone I know will read this and make fun of me or it will some how make it into a google search for the whole world to read and then clown me on! What the heck though seems like an interesting tool and maybe I can help someone else as I progress. Cheers!
