First Week Done (and some BIG news!)

Hi everybody! So guess what? Really, guess...

Ok - so I went to bed around 10:30 last night! And then, this morning, I woke up without my alarm going off. Out of habit I said to myself "oh, man, the alarm didn't go off, I must've slept in, I hope it's not past noon..." Checked the clock and it was 8:17. I'd set my alarm for 9:10. Guys, this is HUGE for me. I'd love some support in continuing this pattern all this week too :)

Yesterday I exercised for 60 minutes as well, over 3,000 strides on my elliptical :)

Also, I was going through blog posts and - holy crap! I'm the most cheered this week! I'd had a really emotionally rough day yesterday, like, just awful. And to wake up to five emails of comments and 12 cheers and 40 views is just.. well, I'm sure most of you know how wonderful it is to feel the support of a community. Thank you guys, 1,000 times over.

So this morning I woke up and put on my workout sneakers first thing. Then I brushed my teeth, made myself a REALLY yummy cup of bold Italian roast french-press coffee, and had some bananas with peanut butter, a few hard-boiled eggs, and two mini pickles (I LOVE dill pickles).

Now I'm sitting here in my room - my little mini stamina elliptical trainer (which I highly recomend) is right next to me and as soon as I put my laptop down I'm gunna plug in my iPod and use it for 60 minutes.

Thank you guys, again - and as I said before, I 'd be happy to check out your profile and leave a boost or comment if you'd like to comment here. If not, that's cool too :)

much love guys!

~Becky
