 Yes, I mean at the end of the day the reason I wasn't drinking is that I was drinking too much and for the wrong reasons. I was using alcohol to make me feel different -- albeit not often better. It made me tired, irritable, less motivated, more depressed, less involved, etc. I am not sure how alcohol affect everyone else, but I definitely think I use alcohol where other may actually just enjoy alcohol. So, for all those reasons it is wise for me to stay away, expecially in this period when I am on track, but I think even going forward I am FAR better of with it out of my life. But, sometimes I miss the occasional "event" drinking that is "normal" for everyone else. But, don;t miss where that has led in the past. More later today...
