job

this week i found myself in the fear situation.  i somehow managed to not measure a house for window coverings and i was avoiding calling the site foreman to let him know the situation.  i spoke with my boss and asked him if he had any suggestions for dealing with news that is bad and not only did he say dont worry about it so much this happens to me too.  we dealt with it together and the foreman was fine with it.  he now knows we are doing our best to get the blinds here asap and im sure he realizes thats all we can do.....i get the feeling hes had stuff like this happen before.  it sure helped to be honest.  im going to try it again today and ask for updated schedules and more communication so we dont have it happen again. (i think thats my opportunity in the problem)
