The journey to my new life: part 2

Today at 4:00 A.M. I got up and did the1st exercise of my Tools today. I was naturally tired, but I did my yoga routine (sun salutation) and read until around 6:00 A.M., then I fell asleep. This certainly has confirmed my thoughts on whether or not being positive as soon as you wake influences your day or not.I felt much more awake and refreshed then when I normally get up slowly get ready to start the day.

The only small doubt I have is whether or not I can keep this up.I get up at 6:18 A.M. to get ready for school, then from then until 4:30 in the afternoon (it takes an hour for me to get back home) I'm stuck in school. When I finally do get home, (depending on whether or not I've had a bad day), I'll either feel drained or energized, hmm.... Well, I suppose that if I did the first time, I can do it the second, and so forth, just gotta keep to faith, that's all.

As for my goals:

  • I started reading "The Artist's Way" today, haven't got to the exercises yet, though.
  • Completed my inspirational book last night.
  • Optimistic life style is still smooth sailing.
  • Visualizing is A-O.K.
