Goal Tracker?

 

 I am not too sure on How to work this tool. Week one - declare your goal

then on the toolbox circut when you get to "Goal TRacker" and click on it, are you supposed to add to it each day, or record something? Then when you get to week 2, which I previewed..there is a list of 7 spaces? What is this for? What do you put there? I must have missed something??

You aren't alone with figuring out the goal tracker....it can be a bit confusing until you "get it"...and once you do, it really is cool.

 

What I do for step 7 is ignore the proceed to next week button at the top.  Then place what things I want to do for each day in the boxes for each day. (You can add several goals)

 

For my physical goals, I enter "eat right" for each of the 7 days.  While I'm on each day, I enter my other physical goals....pilates, walking, stretching, etc on the days I plan to do that activity.

 

As I log on each day, I click the red x if I have met those daily goals [or not :) ].  When the 7 days is up, then I click proceed to the next week.

 

Then, I set up other goal trackers for other topics like career, house projects, etc. so I have multiple trackers going at the same time.

 

 Hang in there....if need be, try using paper / journal or outlook (some other tool) with this part for actual tracking if it still gives you trouble.
