What a wonderful day.

 

Each day gets a little better. Today I have to go and get a PSA test to see if my cancer is still in remission. And I found out that I am cancer free.  But not out of the woods yet. If you ever had cancer you know what I mean.  The PSA test is an on going thing. To be done every 3 months for 3 to 4 years.  And that is a big responsibility in itself.

 

So today I am happy and grateful to have a cancer free test result.  And it is most welcome because I am just beginning to understand some very important coping tool given to me by the Tool to life Program.

 

I hope your day is a happy one. I think that given the opportunities of an open mind to change the way you think about yourself opens the any day up to be happier. Just for know that when I get up in the morning the day will be mine and I will have the opportunity just like anyone else to make it the best day possible. And I will put on that smile and mean it.
