It's been a while now since I last posted. Over Christmas I let myself slip a little and gained 2 pounds...which I lost just as quickly. I also let 2 weeks pass without logging in. I kept telling myself I don't have the time or I'm too tired. The truth of the matter is that I can make the time and I can get more sleep. So... I'm not going to feel quilty...I'll keep on taking those baby steps...at least I'm going foward!
