Starting week 3!

I can hardly believe it is day 15 already! Time sure seems to fly when you're having fun. I've been enjoying this program a lot. Today though, I relaxed most of the day. It was my first day off in a really long time and all I wanted to do was sleep. I did manage to get my smiles in and I did manage to watch a couple movies. One thing I did notice is that I didn't want to hear anyone else complaining either. Is that normal? I had gone to the store to get my music to start my day by... and it seemed like a lot of people were really unhappy. I almost felt like standing in the middle of the store and yelling, "Stop it stop it stop it. Can't you see that the sun is shining, you're children are wonderful, and you're alive another day to take it all in?" Then I reminded myself that these were all opportunities that I was seeing. So, I started doing those "little things" like letting the lady in a rush go ahead of me in-line, and making an extra effort to smile at the cloudy-day folks. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great day. Good health, happiness and understanding to you all.
