Day 21!

Well, I made it to Day 21! Since I'm a bit of a book junkie, today's shopping day will be extra fun! This past week was more difficult for me. I found out that my iron levels are extremely low. Opportunity here is that if I follow the Doc's orders I should have more energy soon. I've also been struggling a bit with some old relationships. I've heard from three old friends this week, that I haven't heard from in a while. My initial reaction was, "YAY", but having e-mailed back and forth a few times, I'm beginning to wonder what the motivation is. Hmmm.... what's the opportunity here? Maybe it's a test of my boundaries and my ability to "just say no".  We'll see.

What is

The great thing about a problem like low iron is just as you say--there's that solution! I love it when there's something specific can be done to improve a problem. I hope you do notice a good change.

There's a Reading ahead where Coach talks about sometimes we change and grow and old firendships don't fit anymore. Even some current friendships or situations--our job or for me it's the town I live in--so does not fit who I am becoming.

It's exciting--that potential to bring new and more positive things into life. But it's also that difficult process of letting go. Saying no...accepting what's true.

One Kool thing is if we let go of some old ties, the good memories with that person are never gone. We get to keep all of them. We get to stop trying to make the past fit into the present, too, though.

I've been there, done that so I'm sharing as a fellow "What's the opportunity here?" person. lol
