Conquering a fear.

 

Today, I conquered a small fear. I don't get into 'Lifts' on my own and when I shop in the Supermarket and need to get my stuff down to the carpark, I open the lift, put my stuff inside, nearly break my neck running down the stairs to call the lift down. Today, I didn't do that. I decided to get into the lift. I got into the lift, pressed the button, looked at my refletion on the back of the lift, pressed the button to go down, smiled to myself and said to myself, I love my smile and presto the door opened and I was out. 'Small victory for the world, big one for me.
