End of Day 1

Finished day 1.  I felt a little silly saying "Iam having a good day" and "The day is mine!" in the morning.  I'm not giving up on it.  Just feeling a little self conscious...we shall see how it goes.

Keep it up!!

Hey my man, dont feel silly about it, it REALLY helps!!  I am only on day 5 now but I have committed myself to seeing this program through and have already seen a change in the way I view myself and the things around me! I know the program works cause of Ellis and I trust what he says.  KEEP IT UP and dont feel weird about it, wake up in the morning and dont say "Im havin a good day" Say "Im havin a GREAT day!!!" Laughing

You're Doing Great!

I agree with forbish07.. no need to feel silly..we've all felt self conscious during the program at one time or another. (mine was "the day is mine part ;)

You're doing it :) and that's what matters.

Congrats on completing Day Numero Uno!!
