Opportunities...

This is another hard thing for me to see opportunities instead of problems.  I see problems every where and I just want to curl up in a ball and forget about all of them most of the time.  All the problems seem to be unsurmountable to me at all times.  If I switch these to opportunities maybe it won't all seem so bleak and unending at all times.

You can do it!!

Yes, it has been said that problems are opportunities to stretch oneself and grow.  With that being said- I can certainly relate to the feelings that you have- lately my husband has had to push me to get me to do anything- which I have been scratching and clawing to stay in a safe and secure place.  But I have come to realize that I have become too dormant and depressed.  I read on here -just today as a mater of fact -that it can become more painful sitting still than moving forward and facing the obsticals that bind you.  I am here with you on that journey of moving forward to a better place!  Take care!!
