can I self treat my low self esteem?

 I have what is called "social phobia" or low self esteem I hate it! is it possible I can treat it without seeing a doctor? how do I make my voice sound right?-my voice goes low, or sounds like soft and girly..(someone once  complained that he hates the sound of my voice) I always go mind blan »

working holiday abroad?

 It is my dream to be able to go to australia and new zealand and around the world (Canada, USA, Chile) has anyone been abroad on a working holiday? how did it go? and how did it change your life? does and would it help me gain confidence?
