Trials

I am going through a trial right now.  I am trying my best to stay positive.  I am unable to log on to TOOLS anymore at home.  I have picked up a bug on my computer and it clicks off whenever I try to put in my password.  I can only log on at work so I am getting behind.  I am trying to stay positive.  I went and bought a system cleaner but it does not work.  Is there anyone out there with some advice to what to do.......I would appreciate it very much.

STAY POSITIVE

Hi Divine,

On doing your TOOLS, if your computer is still kaput, try to come to the office earlier than you used to (I bet you are allowed).  Take your lunch (if it's just a sandwich) outside of your lunch break (use your break on logging to Tools).  Or, stay a bit longer after office hours.  If you can't comprehed (I understand because you're not in your comfort zone), just listen to all the video and audio part and print the rest of them - then study them at home.  I hope it doesn;t make your schedule complicated.  About your system cleaner, have somebody look at it.  Or better still, return it.  Any purchase that doesn't work is subject to exchange or refund (if it is still new).  If it's been used for quite sometime, do the first option - have it inspected and repaired (if needed).

See, I only could say my piece basing on your description of the scenario.

Good luck and stay positive,

Autumn Mist
