I really try, but can't always wake up on time

I've been trying for a week to get up without hitting snooze but am still having trouble.

Cold Water does the trick!

I had that problem as well the first couple of days.  What I did was put the alarm clock in another room that I could hear it from.  That requires getting out of bed in the morning to turn it off.  Then I would promptly go to the bathroom and place vigorous amounts of cold water on my face.  Trust me, cold water to the face a little hitting the chest does wonders lol!  I have not had a problem since I started that regiment.  Matter of fact now I get up at 5am in the morning.  Trust me this was no easy task.  I definitely would not have been considered a morning person.  I tilt naturally towards being a night owl.  I just trained my brain.  I went from getting up at 10:30am or 11am to 5am.  You just have to believe in yourself and put a consistent effort towards it.

Alarm in a different room

Thanks, that's a good idea to place the alarm clock in another room.  Even when I have it accross the room from the bed I end up hitting snooze and laying back down.
