I missed one day......

Yesterday I missed doing my Tools program.  I was all upset because I did that.  It was Sunday and my daughter was in a play at school.  "A mid-summer night's dream"  We all went to the matinee and my day was busy with activity.  I just did not make time for my daily routine of tools.  I guess that is ok...I just felt kinda like I let myself down.  Oh well..I'm back today and back on track.  It's just life and it's my choice as to how I react!  I'm doing just fine!

Family time...

is also important. The first 30+ days of Tools I also would feel like I let myself down if I would miss a day. However, the further along I get and some of the exercises take more time AND I am getting more and more involved with LIVING LIFE that I find myself too busy for Tools some days! I am ok with that now though. The important thing is that I don't give up; I remember my Tools each day to help me through the day, have the right attitude and make the right decisions and I still log in at least a few times a week. I am going to finish this program and my life is still getting continuously better as a result! :-) You are doing great!!!

Priorities

You would have felt even worse if you had let your daughter down. None of us wants to miss a day on Tools but we are not perfect and there will be times when it happens. The most important thing is to get back as soon as possible, which you did.

It's OK

We've all done it .Like Cheetah said as you move on in the program you will need a few days to do some things so no worries. Keep up the good work!

I have found

I have found that some of the steps in Tools are pretty big and I need more than one day to apply the new skill. I think I get more out of it by taking more time. Go easy on yourself, you're doing great!
