Achievements

I'm nearly a Graduate and so I am writing about my achievements to date.

Vitamins- I am now taking a good multi-vitamin, in powder form as I am unable to swallow tablets (long story). I am taking the powder daily wich I mix in with my favourite drink.

Exercise- I have started to develope a routine of using our new treadmill. I am building up how long i can run for I am at 30 minutes at present whilst watching my favourite T V show. i do have to concentrate otherwise I loose my footing and come tumbling off the treadmill.

Water- I am drinking lots of it. It helps to use my water bottle which i can carry round with me.

Diet- My diet was not too bad before the staryt of tools but I do still need to do more work on my chocolate addiction.
