Day 5 and the New Year

I sat here yesterday so depressed and so deep in thought about everything that went wrong in 2009.  I don't believe in setting New Year's resolutions, but this year I have a goal.  My "resolution" is to focus on being more positive in my thinking.  If I can learn to focus on the positive things in my life ex. my son, employment, relationships... maybe I won't find myself dwelling or wasting time and energy on things.  I need to accept the good with the bad and just keep moving forward with a positive attitude.  Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift, the present.Laughing

keep on keeping on

A friend of mine once said "if you're going through hell, keep on going."

I've always liked that thought.

When I started going through hell, I wasn't paying much attention. If I tried to turn around now, and go out the way I cam in, I'd probably get lost.

I am choosing to move forward knowing that I am on the right path and headed to where I want to be.

Now I know I am making progress in every moment. While I might still be going through hell, I got my GPS locked in and my route is planned.

I'm on my way out, and it feels great.

I wish you the same luck I wish myself.

Keep your chin up

Let the past be the past and leap into 2010 with your new attitude!  Great job you are moving in to the right direction.

Forget about the past...

I had a lot of turmoil last year, but it's all behind me now. I'm glad you're looking forward to the new year and focusing on the present.

If you do the Tools work and keep blogging, I guarantee you will get better and YOU WILL BE HAPPIER!
