This would be akin to reaching "perfection", no?  Perfection is a subjective and ever shifting state defined only by perspective.  What is perfect to me is likely not perfect to you.  The pursuit of excellence is much more reasonable.  :)

So, I'd have to say, no... nobody can reach full potential because with every interaction or action (or inaction) your potential changes.  But, to rephrase the question, "Have I capitalized on every opportunity that's a available and important to me?"  I'd say probably 80%.... but then it could be argued that if those things were really important to me, I'd capitalize on them.  So, yes, I have capitalized on every opportunity that is important to me.

Or, it could all be semantics... ;)  But it was interesting to consider.
