limits

i don't want to limit myself, but then, i do have limits.

i can only take so much of certain stress at once.

i can't go to sleep and get up exactly when i want, everytime.

i can't do everything!

instead of 'adding' new things to do, maybe 'replacing' things is better. simpler

Hang in there

As I see it, the purpose of Tools is to help you - not add stress to your life.  Just remember, it's a TOOL, not a RULE.  Take what you can day-by-day and incorporate it into your life.

I guarantee you, if you only change one habit, it will make a huge difference in your life, and the next one will be easier.  For me, it was smiling.  I found myself smiling at strangers, and I found them responding, which made me smile even more.  Then I found my attitude changing - which made my day great even when I didn't expect it to.  It certainly made dealing with unexpected opportunities a whole lot easier.

Don't give up.  Do what you can and watch the progress you make.

What she just said.

You are still doing Tools therefore you are still changing.  I find I can't do it all (seriously, my head is not that big, and like BJ15 says concentrate on the most important lessons for you.

Don't give up and you will reap the rewards.

me too..!!

I got to day 18 and started struggling with all the new introductions and the exercises seemed to take longer and longer each day...

I got to the point where I felt I was missing way too much off of the checklist, because I was 'cramming' too much..

I decided to take a breather.. I still log in and read blogs, post comments and email friends, but I haven't been stressing about doing the days...

I know i've made progress and as the days go on I implement more and more of the checklist, but if I only move on 1or 2 days a week... then so be it... for me it is better to move on, as and when I am ready, rather than rushing and not doing it right, as that fills my head with too much 'stuff'...

Go with the flow, do what feels right for you... we are all different... and what works for one may not work for another... but keep logging on even if you don't do the toolbox otherwise, it may become too much of a habit to not log on and then get forgotten altogether.. Tongue out

hmmm

If you say you can't - sure enough, you can't... I agree with above posts: we are all at different stages on this path, do what works for you. Take what resonates with you and use it. No one is 'grading' your performance or lack of. It's a personal journey, with a ton of support.
