brushing teeth, water

 

i realized about 3 years ago the benefit of drinking water (instead of sugary caffeine) and the positive impact of hygiene to start a chain reaction of making me feel better.

 

so i've already been brushing during the day and drinking lots of water.

 

does anyone do other activities along the same lines?  any thoughts welcome.

Specifically Jan Jong. Look up Master Lam kan Chuen. It is also called Standing tree chi gong. It is the oldest form of Chi gung. It seems simple but it really is hard when you apply yourself.
