Falling off

I think I need to get back to square one.  I have not been waking up on time any more. I have fallen right back into my 'snooze' routine.  Because of this, I haven't felt like I deserve to progress through Tools, and I've only done one day this entire week.  I'm not going to start the program over, but I think I need a week one refresher, so that is what I'm going to do.

Progress Not Perfection!!!!

Look I don't think we have to do this perfectly! I mean I struggle with completely following through the check list! I feel ok because I do the best I can. I think that we ALL deserve to continue on with the program. I mean you can always do it again and again right? You are worth it! Don't get stuck just keep moving and ENJOY the process. I know I have heard that before. If you go 5 steps forward one day and four steps back the next....its only four steps not all five you know? Keep on keepin on!!For what its worth I still hit snooze too. We aren't perfect :) Rock on!!!!

You're not alone You're not alone

do what you've gotta do.

i know i hit a point a few weeks ago where i questioned if i needed to restart; i did what you did- reviewed week 1 and kept on truckin. it really did help. we're here for you!
