I enjoy blues, hip hop and a little country. I spent many years in the club scene and really enjoy dancing to house music.

says: of course, it's okay to take a break in between. even the way tools has been designed with chapters designed to help you catch your breath with no exs or train the brain sections. or if you want you could do it in such a way the no exercise chps coincide with your time offs. It's really up to you!!

if i justify not logging in one day, i know i'll make excuses on other days. for me, making an excuse is a slippery slope to doing nothing at all. it's one of the reasons why i'm here.
says: I would log in every day that you can! Sometime - for me atleast - when I give myself a out to not do tools is when I need it the most. But I agree that its your choice and what ever works best for you!

I know I cant get on 7 days a week but I find the weekend is when I "catch up" and then like the other dude said shopping day ends up to be on the sunday which is nice for me. I think skipping a day when you cant make time of course happens, but I wouldn't nessisarily say "no tools on weekends" bc remember : this is something we are choosing to do every day...... giving yourself an "out" two days a week defeats the point I think.... if you are unable bc of "life" understandable, but as you said ---I have made a routine of logging into tools at work each morning----
so I say --make a routine of logging into tools on the weekend--
it will give you that "great day" attitude and also give you a moment alone to refect :)
its your CHOICE
says: i think its better to do it 7 days a week. especially because every 7th day will be a shopping day where you don't really put in any heavy work.
says: Yeah, it was difficult with me on the weekend as well. I work outside so I wasn't at a computer for most of the day Sat. or Sun. In one of the vids Devlyn did he mentioned that you weren't going to be able to do everyday, just like lifting weights. If you need it, and if it matters coming from me, I think you're alright with it.
