first  you want to use itunes ,if you don't have that you can download it.open itunes you will see the menuon top of page,go to edit then scroll down to preferences.Another menu will pop up go to advanced,click on import,then go to where it says import using click on arrow pointing down click on mp3 encoder,then hit ok.then when you hit browse you should be able to click on the song you want to upload.hope this helps
