Week 8

Another glorious week done!  I am loving it.  I feel great and I am moving forward with great momentum.  Call me crazy but I love working on myself.  I spent so much of my past concerned about the well fair of others that it feels great to devote all this time to myself.  The community on this site is fantastic, and they are a huge help and boost to making things happen.  Positive is in this year, and here to stay!!!

Working on yourself . . .

. . . IS one way we take care of others.  They are benefitting as well.

Thanks for your great posts.  Have a great week!

In fact...

you can be a better help to others when you help yourself first! I LOVE self-improvement and helping others as well. My ex mother-in-law has always told me that I should be a life coach or counselor... problem is, I have to change the things about myself first before I can really help others in that way or I would just be telling them "do as I say not as I do" - this program is awesome and I'm so glad to have found it. It's great to have like minded individuals to share our trials, efforts, positive thoughts and successes with!
